The Role

Guest Experience Coordinator

The experience starts the second a guest walks through the door, and you're the one who sets the tone. As our Guest Experience Coordinator, you run the front desk like a pro across both of our spaces: greeting every guest by name, keeping the schedule running like clockwork, pouring the wine, and making sure everything feels polished, welcoming, and unmistakably us.

You're equal parts host, organizer, and hype woman. You love people, you sweat the details, and you take pride in being the reason guests leave saying "I'm obsessed with that place."

The Day to Day

What you'll own

01

Set the Vibe

Greet every guest with a genuine welcome, offer their favorite beverage, and make the studio feel like getting ready at a friend's house. You're the first hello and the last goodbye.

Run the Front Desk

Manage the booking calendar, check guests in and out, process payments, and keep the day flowing smoothly so our stylists can stay focused on the chair.

Answer the Call

Field phone calls, texts, emails, and DMs with warmth and quick follow-through. Book appointments, answer questions, and never leave a guest waiting on a reply.

Sell the Shelf

Know our Krewe Haircare line inside out and recommend the right products so guests can keep their hair flawless at home. A little retail magic goes a long way.

Keep It Pristine

Maintain a spotless, styled front-of-house, restock beverages and retail, tidy the waiting area, and make sure every corner of the space looks photo-ready.

Support the Krewe

Be the right hand to our stylists and leadership, jumping in wherever needed to keep the whole operation running like a well-oiled, very glamorous machine.
